What we're asked before we start

What does it cost?
It depends on what needs doing, which is why we don't publish rates. On the first call we give you a ballpark, and in the proposal a fixed price in writing. You get the number before we start, not halfway through.
How long does it take?
A diagnostic takes two to three weeks. An automation, four to eight, depending on what we need to touch. The calendar is in the proposal.
What if AI isn't the answer to my problem?
We tell you, and we propose what is, even when it means billing less. It has happened and it will happen again.
What tools do you work with?
With the ones you already use, whenever possible. We only add a new tool when it solves something yours can't, and we tell you what it costs to keep.
What do you need from us?
One contact person who can decide, access to what we need to look at, and a couple of hours from your team at the start. Not much more.
Which languages do you work in?
English, Spanish and Italian.

What if I don't want to hire the automation afterwards?
The conclusions are yours regardless. You can act on them with your team, another provider or us.
How much of my team's time do you need?
A couple of hours from the people who do the work, spread over the first week. Not much more.
Do I need to know what I want to automate?
No. That's exactly what Rumbo is for: knowing it from data, not from gut feeling.

Do I need the diagnostic first?
Usually, yes, because that's where the quote comes from. If the process is already well defined, we'll talk it through on the first call.
Who owns the automations?
You do. At the end we hand over documentation, access and the status of every workflow.
And once it's live?
You can run it yourself, with the training we give you, or put it on Guide and we look after it every month.

Can you look after a system you didn't build?
Only if we audit and accept it first. We don't look after anything blind.
What if I ask for something new?
If it changes what the system does, like a new workflow or another tool, it's a separate project and we quote it first. We never charge for it without telling you.
And if I want to stop?
We hand over documentation, access and the status of every workflow. It's all yours, and leaving costs you nothing beyond the notice period.

Can I change the copy myself?
Yes. We set up a simple content editor and show you how to use it.
Do you build multilingual sites?
Yes. We work natively in Spanish, English and Italian.
Who owns the website?
You do: domain, hosting and code are in your name.

Do people need to code?
No. The workshops are for people who use the tools, not people who build them.
Do you train on tools you didn't set up?
Yes: AI applied to daily work with the tools you already use.
