What we do
- Automatic monitoring: an alert if a workflow fails or stops running.
- Fixes, including when a provider changes something and breaks the system.
- Small adjustments to what we built, up to 2 hours a month.
- A monthly report by the 5th: runs, incidents, and the time and money saved.

Daily checks
We check alerts twice every working day, from Europe and from America.

Response time
If one of your operations stops, first response within one working day. If there's a manual workaround, within three.

No small print
No on-call or round-the-clock cover: we tell you what we cover and we deliver it.
What gets measured
Every month, a report on the hours and euros the system saved you, and a recommended next step.
- Hours saved by the flows that are live.
- Incidents detected and resolved.
- Adjustments made and pending.
Price
Fixed price
A monthly fee fixed in the proposal: it depends on the number of workflows and whether generative AI is involved. Three months, then month to month with 30 days' notice. Licences and usage are separate, in your name.

Questions about this service
Can you look after a system you didn't build?
Only if we audit and accept it first. We don't look after anything blind.
What if I ask for something new?
If it changes what the system does, like a new workflow or another tool, it's a separate project and we quote it first. We never charge for it without telling you.
And if I want to stop?
We hand over documentation, access and the status of every workflow. It's all yours, and leaving costs you nothing beyond the notice period.
