NordPax AI provides AI consultancy and training for companies. The work is business-to-business. Clients are in Europe and across the Americas: North America, Central America and South America. We work in English, Spanish and Italian.
2. Purpose
This notice governs access to and use of nordpax.ai, and the terms on which NordPax AI provides consultancy, automation, web and training services.
The site describes those services and lets you request a diagnostic or write to us. Browsing it does not, by itself, create a contract.
3. Use of the site
Anyone using the site agrees to do so lawfully, in good faith, and without harming the owner or third parties. You may not:
- Use the site for anything illegal, fraudulent or harmful to the rights of others.
- Introduce viruses, malware or anything else that damages the systems.
- Attempt to access areas, accounts or data without authorisation.
- Copy or exploit the content of the site without permission, except where the law allows it.
4. Services and contracting
The services are for companies. Price, timetable and scope are set out in a written proposal before work starts. An engagement exists when the client accepts that proposal in writing.
Information on the site, including guide prices, is not a fixed offer. What binds the parties is the accepted proposal.
The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information, materials and permissions it provides, and for having the right to use them.
5. Intellectual property
The text, design, brand, logos and code of nordpax.ai belong to White Lodge Solutions, S.L.U., or are used under licence. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Materials the client provides remain the client's. The client allows us to use them only to prepare and deliver the engagement.
What we deliver under an engagement is assigned on the terms of the accepted proposal. Until then, working materials remain the owner's.
6. Liability
The site is an information channel. We try to keep the content current, but we do not warrant that it is error-free or that the site will be available without interruption.
To the extent the law allows, NordPax AI is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits or lost data arising from use of the site. Nothing in this notice limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
The outcome of a project also depends on the information and cooperation the client provides. The specific commitments are those in the accepted proposal, not those in a general page on the site.
7. Links
The site may link to third-party pages, including LinkedIn. Those sites have their own terms and policies. NordPax AI does not control their content and is not responsible for it.
A link to nordpax.ai must not suggest a relationship, supervision or endorsement that we have not accepted in writing.
8. Governing law and courts
This notice and use of the site are governed by Spanish law. The courts of Madrid, Spain, have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless a mandatory rule requires otherwise.
