How we price our work
We don't publish rates: every company is different and we'd rather give you a real figure. What is the same for everyone is how we calculate it and what never changes.
A fixed price, in writing
You get it in the proposal, before we start, and it doesn't change halfway through.

The diagnostic is deducted
If you go ahead with a project within 60 days of the diagnostic, we deduct all or part of what you paid, depending on the project size.
Licences in your name
Licences, APIs and tool usage are separate and in your name. We tell you what they cost before you choose them.

What we're asked before we start
What does it cost?
It depends on what needs doing, which is why we don't publish rates. On the first call we give you a ballpark, and in the proposal a fixed price in writing. You get the number before we start, not halfway through.
Why don't you publish prices?
Because the same service doesn't cost the same in two different companies, and we'd rather give you a real figure than an indicative one that changes later. On the first call we already give you a ballpark.
Do you charge by the hour?
No. A fixed price per project, and a monthly fee for Guide.
What if the project changes along the way?
If the scope changes, we discuss it and quote it before doing it. Nothing is billed without telling you.

We quote in dollars.
